<p>Tramite questa guida aggiungeremo un<strong> comodo led</strong> alla nostra Sega Master System 2 che ci permetterà di sapere quando è acceso o spento. Infatt la seconda revisione della console 8 bit aveva visto introdurre un gioco preinstallato al suo interno (generalmente Alex Kidd o Hung on) ma per ridurne il prezzo era stata castrata dell&#8217; entrata per le cartucce simil Hu-card della NEC, dell&#8217; uscita RGB e del led d&#8217; accensione. <p>Apriamo quindi la console svitando le varie viti:</p>

<p>Scegliamo dove fare il foro per il led e prendiamo una punta da trapano della dimensione adatta a quella del led. Io ho scelto di inserire il LED all&#8217; interno del tasto d&#8217; accensione. Se anche voi opterete per mia soluzione, vi consiglio di stare molto attenti ad estrarre i pulsante dalla console, poichè i piccoli ganci di plastica che lo sostengono sono MOLTO fragili.<br />

<p>Procediamo quindi aprendo un buco nella parte laterale del pulsante attraverso un trapano o una lima.<br />

<p>Adesso con un seghetto tagliamo la parte superiore del pulsante, punto dal quale dovrà uscire la luce del led.</p>

<p>Cabliamo il led a due fili con la resistenza al catodo del led e colleghiamolo al regolatore di tensione della scheda madre per ricevere i 5 volt necessari al suo funzionamento.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Prima di cominciare a modificare la vostra console assicuratevi di avere tutti gli strumenti e di <strong>accendere e spegnere</strong> la vostra console senza alimentazione, in modo da scaricare tutta la corrente che è rimasta al suo interno. Aprire e modificare la console senza averlo fatto, potrebbe danneggiarla e possibilmente costringervi poi a cambiare il fusibile della nes.</em><br />
<em> Accesa la console, dovreste poter vedere il led della Nintendo illuminarsi per meno di un secondo. Fatto questo possiamo cominciare la modifica!</em></p>

<p>Iniziamo smontando la Super Nintendo e svitando con il nostro gamebit le viti nella parte inferiore della console.</p>

<p>Proseguiamo estraendo la mascherina grigia sganciandola dai piccoli ganci di plastica in foto.</p>

<p>Scolleghiamo quindi con delicatezza il logo adesivo dalla mascherina. Personalmente mi sono aiutato con l&#8217; utilizzo di un plettro.</p>

<p>Utilizziamo il logo di plastica della Super Nintendo per crearci una dima dello stesso, da utilizzare successivamente per praticare i fori. Se preferite potete stampare il logo e poi ritagliarlo. Scegliete il metodo che preferite, cercate comunque di essere molto precisi. Di seguito vi lascio la dima del logo 1:1 che se volete potete utilizzare.</p>

<p>Procediamo quindi a forare la mascherina di plastica con il nostro dremel. In alternativa potete anche usare un trapano, ma la dimensione dei fori e la precisione con i quali vanno praticati mi fanno consigliare uno strumento di precisione.<br />
Il risultato dovrebbe essere simili a questo (se non migliore ^_^).</p>

<p>Forate adesso anche il guscio superiore della Super Nintendo, in questo caso potete optare anche per un semplice foro grande centrale della grandezza del logo.</p>

<p>Adesso è tempo di pensare all parte elettrica, quindi <strong>colleghiamo in serie i vari led</strong> nell&#8217; ordine della foto. Al polo positivo (<strong>catodo</strong>) del led colleghaimo la resistenza da<strong> 200 Ohm</strong>. Potete riconoscere i diversi poli del led aiutandovi osservando la foto qui sotto.</p>

<p>Tramite questa guida aggiungeremo un<strong> led</strong> al nostro Nintendo Famicom che ci permetterà di sapere quando è acceso o spento. Il led mod può essere effettuato in <span style="text-decoration: underline;">due modi</span>:</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff0000;"><em>Metodo 1</em>: Led accanto al tasto accensione</span></h4>
<p><strong>PRO</strong>: il led è visibile facilmente<br />
<strong>CONTRO</strong>: la console va forata ed è quindi più invasivo</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff0000;"><em>Metodo 2</em>: Led sotto il tasto accensione</span></h4>
<p><strong>PRO</strong>: La console rimane intatta<br />
<strong>CONTRO</strong>: il led è poco visibile alla luce del giorno</p>

<p>Apriamo quindi la console svitando le varie viti:</p>

<p>Scegliamo dove fare il foro per il led e prendiamo una punta da trapano della dimensione adatta a quella del led. Io ho scelto di forare appena sotto la scritta POWER (il mio led è da 5 mm).</p>

<p>Cabliamo il led e colleghiamolo alla scheda madre per ricevere i 5 volt necessari al suo funzionamento e ad un punto di massa come in foto.</p>

<h3><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span class="st"><em>Metodo 2:</em></span></span></strong></h3>
<p>La cablatura del led è la medesima del <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">metodo 1</span></em>, così come la scelta dei punti di saldatura. Però questa volta mettiamo il led possibilmente rosso al di sotto del tasto fermandolo con della colda a caldo (anch&#8217; essa preferibilmente rossa).</p>
